Privacy and Security: Cutest Clothes works hard to ensure your privacy. We do not sell your personal information to other companies. We only use personal information for internal purposes to process your order. Under no circumstances will we sell, share, or use your information in any other way. Once you place an order credit card companies require that we confirm your billing address and phone number to authenticate your transaction. Your email address is needed to confirm and update you regarding your order. This site is hosted by Yahoo! Store. Yahoo! hosts the store pages, ordering system, and order data. Yahoo! automatically collects order information, but may only use this information in the aggregate. Our site uses a secure server to provide a safe shopping experience. Please see the Yahoo! Payment Options: We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. If you have any concerns about shopping with your credit card online, do not fear! You may call us at (248)505-1816 and we will be glad to take your order over the telephone.

Sales Tax: Cutest Clothes charges applicable sales tax to merchandise shipped to residents of Michigan.

Your Receipt: In order to prevent a gift recipient from seeing prices, we will not include prices on invoices included in your order. A sale confirmation is available for print at the time you place your order online.

Shipping and Delivery: Once orders are placed, we will contact our vendor to receive the merchandise. Please note, there could be a delay of up to two weeks before you receive your merchandise. If there is a longer delay, you will be notified immediately. All orders are subject to availability.

Our standard shipping is USPS within the United States. We reserve the right to use another carrier such as UPS Ground or Fedex Ground. Most orders over $150 ship for free. There will be a flat shipping rate of $5.00 per box on all orders under $150. Please allow 14 days to receive your order. If you need an item quicker, please choose overnight or two day shipping. Overnight shipping and second day shipping will be sent once we receive the items. These items can still take 7-10 days to receive. Overnight shipping is $30. Second day shipping is $22. We cannot be held responsible for items that are not received on time. We only ship to the United States. Please note, if an item is returned that was shipped for free, will we deduct the $5.00 shipping rate from your refund or credit.

Gift Wrap: We will be happy to gift wrap your purchase for $3.00. You may include a gift message to be included with your package. Upon checkout, there is an area provided for special instructions. You may make specific gift-wrap requests here. For example, “Please only gift wrap the shirt. The other items are not gifts.” Multiple shipping destinations will incur an additional shipping charge.

Returns/Exchanges: We stand behind our merchandise and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We will be glad to accommodate returns and exchanges. All exchanges and returns must be received by our warehouse within 7 days of your receipt of items. We can not be responsible for packages lost in transit. Sale items, pre-orders, special orders and gift certificates are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. You must contact us prior to sending any item back to receive a return authorization number. Kindly send an email to sales@cutestbabyclothes.com requesting the return. Please note the reason for the return. Cutest Clothes Outs will reply with an authorization number and instructions. We cannot accept any returns that do not have the return authorization number clearly printed out the outside of the box. We highly recommed that you track your package or get delivery confirmation.

The merchandise must be unused and in its original new condition. All original tags must be attached and all original packaging included (hanger, plastic garment bag, shoe box, etc.) Please package the item to protect from harm while shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit to us. Please note that any item that has been worn or washed cannot be returned. It is very important that you carefully read all washing instructions, or hand wash the item if you are in doubt. Many of our items are very fragile, and care must be taken in washing. We reserve the right to refuse to accept the return of any item, which is not in the same condition that it was sold in.

We inspect our merchandise carefully upon receipt from the manufacturers, but if you feel you have received an item with a manufacturing defect please call us immediately.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Refunds can only be credited to the card used to make the original purchase. We will be happy to issue a store credit if you prefer. We will process all returns and credits immediately. Please note that it can take up to 60 days for a credit to actually appear on your credit card statement.
